.Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Chilli, Douchi Paste, Brew Soy Sauce, Beef, Garlic, Salt, Sichuan Peppercorn, Water, Spices, Food Additives (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5-ribonucleotide, Paprika Red, Potassium Sorbate)
Cooking Direction: Use 500g tofu and cut into small cubes; heat up a wok, pour in the vegetable oil and this recipe base; add in the tofu and water, stir gently and simmer for 2 minutes; then add wet cornstarch, garnish with chopped leeks or shallots
